Secondly you can become a volunteer! As iwcs is a community managed organisation, its beginnings are closely linked to volunteers. The organisation evolved in the middle seventies at period of high community activity. In this early period of the organisation’s history, all volunteered their time as the organisation grew and became formalised.

iwcs offers volunteers a wide variety of tasks ranging from administrative to program support, to research. As iwcs is a small organisation our volunteers generally come in once a week.
